YouTube Video Descriptionβ
Ship Shape is my new fitness series on our channel. I have a passion for cruises and a passion for fitness. I decided to combine the two passions because being fit makes going on cruises less physically demanding and far more enjoyable. Furthermore, improving your overall fitness level has the potential to improve your quality of life and extend your life expectancy. I plan to record the majority of my Ship Shape videos as shorts. The primary focus of Huddle Adventures will continue to be on cruises and the cruise lifestyle. Ship Shape will be a tiny segment. I may decide to scrap the segment if it doesnβt attract views. My background story: I nearly collapsed coaching a baseball practice in 2014. I was suffering from undiagnosed high blood pressure from obesity. I came very close to having a stroke. I was 265 lbs at 5β8β. I was 45 years old and on my way to an early grave. It scared me into losing weight and getting in shape. I dropped 100 pounds in 9 months and have worked to keep it off since then. After I dropped the weight I felt great physically and mentally. I felt like I was granted a second chance to live a healthy lifestyle. I realized if I can do it, anyone can. I decided to try to help inspire and motivate others to do the same. I have a dedicated fitness account on Instagram called Huddle Fitness. I record my fitness journey there. Thanks for watching this video!
