Join us as we visit Skagway during our 7-night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder out of Vancouver, CA to the South Sawyer Glacier, Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan, Alaska! It's time for our first official port in Alaska: Skagway! We don't waste any time heading off the ship to begin exploring Skagway and wandering through the town's souvenir shops, coffee shops, and more as we wait for our first port adventure: the White Pass Scenic Railway – Adult Only Departure (SW66). Just before boarding the train, we do scope out the hike locations so that we know where to go after we get back from our train adventure. Then, it's finally time for the port adventure! While the trip starts out well, that all goes downhill quickly with some unexpected issues. Back in town, it's time for some hiking! We set off for both the Smuggler's Cove and Yakutania Point hikes, during which we hear an unexpected visitor in the water! After some amazing sights, it's time to head back to the ship as we depart Skagway and set off for the next port. Cheyenne heads down to dinner at Animator's Palate for animation night while Cody decides to explore the ship for some more beautiful sights. Then up to our stateroom to wind down and get ready for an early day tomorrow! For the next video, we'll be in Juneau for dogsledding, glacier exploring, and a salmon bake!
