Stuck in Barcelona: MSC Armonia - The Bolivian Incident (part 2)

We were unfortunate enough to board the MSC Armonia on the day the incident with the 69 Bolivian Passengers occured. These passengers had been able to board the ship in Brasil without the correct immigration paperwork. This resulted in the ship being impounded by Spanish Authorities in Barcelona. Like many other passengers we boarded the ship oblivious to this problem. Our daily VLOGS capture what this meant for our holiday experience and our frustrations as the incident unfolded and MSC effectively wiped out our holiday plans for the ports were were to visit. We booked this holiday for a cheap price and had low expectations of MSC - In our VLOGS you'll see if MSC met those expectations. In this 2nd VLOG we find ourselves initially confined to the ship and unable to get off. There is a great deal of confusion about what is happening and communications are mixed. Just before lunchtime we are told we can leave the ship and spend the rest of the day in Barcelona. And we had a fantatsic day in this wonderful city soaking up its atmosphere, incredible sights and sangria. When back onboard we learn the incident is ongoing and that our planned stop and activities in Rome are also cancelled.
