Symphony of the Seas: Hooked & Solarium Bistro Tour

The Oasis of the Seas introduced a new venue to the Adult Solarium area, the Solarium Bistro. This venue has been carried on to the rest of the Oasis Class as well as the Quantum Class. With the Symphony of the Seas they've redesigned the venue though. Instead of a single level venue accessed from the Adult Solarium itself the venue now spans two decks that are accessed directly from the Atrium. On deck 15 you'll find the Solarium Bistro which features an expanded buffet setup with two different stations along with a pair of counters. In addition to the buffet elements during breakfast you can get made to order eggs here. The new design features a brighter more open environment along with some outdoor seating in the Adult Solarium itself. The main wall of the venue is entirely glass and spans two decks. On the second level you'll find a brand new venue for the fleet, Hooked Seafood. This new specialty dining venue offers a variety of seafood options. The venue sits on a balcony that is open to overlook the Solarium Bistro below along with expansive views out to the Adult Solarium and sea.
