Pandemic-related staffing shortages had been hampering the cruise industry ever sense the restart in 2021, and for Carnival that meant cutting smaller activities across sailings. One of those was Brandy's favorite sea day activity, Tea Time. So it was with much surprise we scrolled through the Fun Times activity list on this Breeze sailing to find it had returned!
