Today we continue our Carnival Mardi Gras food tour and we're taking you to one of the newest restaurants from Carnival Cruises called Chibang. There are over 20 restaurants on the Carnival Mardi Gras and we tried them all. We are going to tell you everything you need to know about Chibang so you can decide if this restaurant is one you want to spend your time at. We start our Chibang Carnival Review looking at the atmosphere. Chibang is a brand new restaurant which is a mix of Chinese and Mexican. The word Chibang actually means wing in mandarin. While exploring the Carnival Mardi Gras you can’t miss Chibang and its massive red entrance. It has a very modern and elegant feel, with its minimalist design, floor to ceiling windows and gorgeous details like the ceiling. Chibang Mardi gras is definitely a restaurant worth checking out, especially if you are a fan or Chinese or Mexican food. You know our Carnival Mardi Gras food review goes deep into the menu and what we had. As you would expect there are a variety of Chinese and Mexican dishes. It is open for lunch and dinner and the menus are not the same so be sure to check them out before you go. The lunch menu is mainly Chinese noodle bowls and Mexican burrito bowls. The dinner menu is a lot larger larger with appetizers and different mains. Chibang Carnival Mardi Gras is a great addition to the restaurants on board and has a delicious unique menu when compared to other Carnival Mardi Gras restaurants.
