THE WORLD & SEVEN SEAS VOYAGER DOUBLE DEPARTURE SOUTHAMPTON 23/06/22

A very interesting evening of departing ships last night from Southampton 23rd June 2022. The cruise ships 'The World' & the 'Seven Seas Voyager' were held up for a little while after they had departed from their Cruise Terminals. The departing Vehicle Carrier the 'Asteria Leader' was also departing from the Ocean Dock and had to be turned by tugs first before both cruise ships could continue their journeys. The World of ResidenSea II cruise ship 'The World' was the first to depart from the City Cruise Terminal at 20:40pm for Rotterdam Netherlands, she was then followed out by the Regent Seven Seas cruise ship the 'Seven Seas Voyager' at 20:50pm for Portland in Dorset.
