As always thanks for watching and consider subscribing for daily videos! #cruise #vacation #drinks Miami Vice: Pina Colada Layer: 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple 2 oz pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz Malibu Rum 1 oz dark rum In a blender combine all ingredients, blend until smooth, & set aside. Strawberry Daiquiri Layer: 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice 10 strawberries or 3/4 cup frozen 3/4 oz of lime juice 3/4 oz triple sec 1 1/2 oz rum Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth, & layer the 2 drinks to make the Miami Vice. Top with a pineapple wedge. Blue Hawain: 1 oz light rum 1 oz blue Curacao 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz cream of coconut 1 cup crushed ice 1 maraschino cherry Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled highball glass. Cruiser 1 oz Vodka. 1 oz Coconut Rum. 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps. 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice. 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice. 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice. Blend all ingredients together & garnish with an orange wedge. Goombay Smash: (makes 2) Ice cubes 6 tablespoons pineapple juice 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup Malibu rum or other coconut-flavored rum 2 tablespoons light rum 2 tablespoons gold rum 2 tablespoons dark rum 2 pineapple wedges 2 orange slices Combine ingredients and top with an orange wedge. Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini: * 2 oz vodka infused with Jalepenos * 1 oz Monin Chipotle Pineapple syrup * 1 oz pineapple juice * ½ oz simple syrup * 6-8 mint leaves Muddle the mint with simple syrup and chipotle pineapple syrup. Add remaining ingredients with ice, shake, & strain into a martini glass. Top with a mint leaf. Frog Island Iced Tea: 1 part beefeater gin 1 part Malibu Rum 1 part Skyy Vodka 1 part Blue Curacao 2 parts Pineapple Juice 1 part Sierra Mist. Combine all ingredients and top with a lemon. Expresso Martini: 2 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (usually Kahlúa) 1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate) 1/2 ounce simple syrup Garnish: coffee beans Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake well, strain into a martini glass, garnish with coffee beans. Old Fashion: 1 1/2 oz Basil Hayden 1 Sugar cube 2 dashes Angostura bitters Few dashes plain water Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry.
