I traveled from home to Galveston for my Norwegian Viva cruise, flying through Salt Lake City and ending the night exhausted after app issues, high rideshare prices, heavy traffic, and trouble printing luggage tags. Boarding Norwegian Viva was the easiest cruise embarkation I’ve had, and I explored the ship, grabbed coffee and food at the buffet, and used the Norwegian app to book shows and dining. After my studio cabin was ready, I shared a full room tour, attended the solo travelers meetup, and surprisingly ate group dinner in the Commodore.
