It's been a year since Gary and I had a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida together, but this trip is something extra special. We're boarding the newest Disney Cruise Line ship, the Disney Treasure! But before our cruise, we have four nights in Walt Disney World to see the highlights of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. In this Walt Disney World Travel Day vlog, we start out by checking in to the Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2 London Heathrow. After dropping our bags in the room and giving you a quick room tour of a classic Twin Room, we head down to The Apron for an evening meal in the hotel. There we show you what the food looks like and give you our review out of 5 stars. We also re-explain the rating system we use and share some more information about what's coming up in this mini Walt Disney World vlog series and what's coming up in the following Disney Cruise Line vlogs. Whilst in the room, we also go over the Mobile Passport Control app (MPC) that visa waiver (ESTA) passengers can use to speed up immigration upon arrival into the USA. Full travel day begins with the announcement of my NEW editions of Dream Guide: An Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World and Dream Guide: An Unofficial Guide to Disney Cruise Line. From there, we depart the Hilton Garden Inn and make our way via the subway to Heathrow Terminal 3, for check-in at the Virgin Atlantic desks. Once checked in to our Upper Class flight to Orlando International, we pass through the Upper Class wing fast track security and through the World Duty Free store. We get lunch at Wagamamas, before picking up some bits and bobs from Boots and WHSmith. Aboard our Virgin Atlantic Upper Class flight on a A330-300 aircraft, we give you a seat tour, show you what's in the Goodie Bag, review the food and overall flight experience at the end. Upon arriving at Orlando International Airport, we use a private transfer to our Disney DVC hotel: Saratoga Springs.
