As you see in the video from their 50th Birthday celebration.. they fully seemed to understand what “LOYALTY” meant for their company…and seemed to genuinely appreciate and pay respect to the “LOYAL” cruisers for getting them to where they are now. When did CARNIVAL lose that understanding of their customer? The Rewards program seems to show they’ve lost the understanding of most of their customer base. Almost 100% of those loyal cruisers that have an opinion feel what Carnival has done is wrong…yet we’re still waiting for a complete resolution to appease their largest customer base…And waiting and waiting.
