This episode we set ourselves a challenge! What happens when you book a cheap as possible, last minute cruise, on an old ship!! Full video here: https://youtu.be/4wAHR2lykd8 Should you be tempted by a CHEAP deal? We've all seen the adverts... but would we all be happy? We wanted to put it to the test, and booked almost the cheapest cruise we could find, at just a few weeks notice, at the wrong time of the year! Would we (or you) regret it? You often see cruises advertised cheaply, and then wonder why.... is there a catch? Or is it just a good deal. We paid less than $50 per person per night, and flew out to the Mediterranean, for a 10 night cruise, on what is supposedly a premium cruise line. What could go wrong, right? Cruise tips Cruise news Celebrity Infinity Ship Tour Celebrity Infinity Greek Island Cruise Celebrity Mediterranean Cruise Celebrity Cruise behind the scenes tour The cruise we booked was on the Celebrity Infinity, almost their oldest ship in the fleet, from their Millennium class. Many cruise ships this old have been retired, or sold of to cheaper cruise lines. Why hasn't this been sold off?! We show you all around the ship, try out the famed Celebrity cuisine, and see if the Infinity is worthy of the badge. Direct competition to this type of old ship sailing would be cruising with lines such as Marella, P&O, Ambassador, Fred Olsen. Some of the major lines also run some older ships, such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and NCL. We also directly compare the ship with the Celebrity Edge Class of ship - such the Ascent, Apex, Beyond & Edge. Is the Solstice class the best middle ground? Our cruise was from Athens, around Greece, Cyprus and Turkey Enjoyed this, why not watch: Our review of the new Celebrity Ascent: https://youtu.be/7LZ1mYhuV3U How cruising used to be in the 50s : https://youtu.be/Fl6M9t21sQY Cruising with Cunard : https://youtu.be/VwicqlGFqOo Hi, welcome to Ritzy Travel Guide, my name is Bill, we are here bringing you our latest travel reviews from around the globe!
