WERE IN JAIL! Join me and my group of crazy inmate friends as we get ready for the first ever Vloggers Extravaganza! We stayed at what use to be a police station completed in 1902! Located on a nice quiet street this landmark site in the Treme neighborhood a quick Uber ride away from Bourbon St, The inn at the old jail has been Impeccably restored into a historic New Orleans boutique hotel. The Inn keeper Todd (Owner) lives on site at this epic hotel and was an Amazing host! If you are looking for that neat cool place to stay while in New Orleans then look no further this is the place! I searched and searched and couldn't find a video about the Inn so I made it my mission to do right by the Inn and get it out there in Youtube land! After we check in at the Inn its off to lunch at Willie Mae's Scotch House for some world famous fried chicken! Located on St Ann St just a few blocks from the Inn. Originally opened in 1957 operating as a beauty shop, bar and Restaurant, serving up the best crispy fried chicken I've ever ate in my life. Willie Mae's received the James Beard Award In 2005 and has been featured on a few hit TV Shows over the past few years . I think I can speak for everyone when I say Im glad they got out of the hair business and into the Chicken business!
