YouTube Video Description

Planning a cruise on Resilient Lady with Virgin Voyages? 🚢 In this video, I take you through the full embarkation and disembarkation experience at PortMiami - so you know exactly what to expect! From arrival at the port to boarding the ship, and what happens when your cruise ends, I’m sharing this to help make your trip as smooth as possible. ✨ In this video: Arrival & check-in process at Port Miami Boarding the Resilient Lady Sailaway Disembarkation day step-by-step Whether you’re a first-time cruiser or new to Virgin Voyages, this will help you feel confident and prepared for cruise day! TIP - We do NOT recommend taking the Coral Way Trolley at the end of your cruise. On weekends, there can be 5–8 ships in port, and since Virgin is the last stop, the trolley is often already full and will skip the stop entirely. We waited about 45 minutes before giving up and heading to the rideshare lot for an Uber - and when we left (over an hour later), the same people were still waiting. Also, be sure to allow extra time for rideshare pickups. Between construction and heavy port traffic, wait times can be quite long. ✈️ If you have a flight before noon, I strongly recommend booking the airport transfer through Virgin Voyages - it will save you a lot of stress.
