During the afternoon guests are invited to take part in Bowspirit Photos, a special Windstar tradition. The Bowspirit is the very front of the yacht where the bowsprit stretches out over the sea. A member of crew captures unforgettable pictures of guests standing right at the tip of the ship, surrounded by nothing but ocean. It’s an incredible experience and one that every Wind Star guest should try at least once. In the evening, I attended the daily port presentation, where the Destination Team gives a detailed talk about the next day’s port of call — sharing background information, local tips and details of the shore excursions available. After dinner, it’s time for one of the most entertaining events of the voyage — the Crew Talent Show. The crew you’ve seen serving drinks, navigating the ship and welcoming you on board take to the stage to show off their hidden talents. Expect singing, dancing, comedy and plenty of surprises. The atmosphere is full of laughter and applause, followed by a lively performance from The Wake Up Duo to end the night on a high.
