We are back from our most recent Disney Cruise Line adventure exploring Alaska!! Today we share our 1st Alaskan port of Skagway!! Keep following along as we continue to make our way through beautiful Alaska! We decided to book an excursion outside of Disney for the first time through Alaska Shore Excursions! We booked the Bennett Lake Scenic Railroad Journey Train Tour (link below) which took us on a bus journey into the Yukon Territory with stops along the way with some beautiful views including Emerald Lake and the “Welcome to Alaska” sign before ending in Carcross! In Carcross, we decided to venture towards the beach to enjoy the serene mountains in the distance. After some beach time, we boarded the White Pass train tour which took make our way back to Skagway! Along the way, we also stopped in Bennett for a quick hike for some breathtaking views! We continued along the White Pass Railway with some stunning views along the way as we descended in elevation all the way back to Skagway to record the Disney Wonder! Back on board, things took a turn for the worst…check out the video for the full details. On a more positive note, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Tiana’s with some highlights being the Louisiana Hot Crab Dip and the Baked Alaska!
