After the world hit pause, the cruise industry was finally back, and we were all there to witness the magic of live entertainment again. AMERICA ROCKS was the show of the night, and let me tell you—it did NOT disappoint! From classic rock anthems to high-energy performances, this Carnival Production Show is hands-down one of the best (and my personal favorite!). The cast absolutely rocked the house, and a huge shoutout to the incredible vocalists Brooke Campbell and Stephanie Jayne Moville, who brought the stage to life with their powerhouse voices! But the moment that gave me CHILLS? When one of the female cast members was draped in the American flag like a cape and carried on the shoulders of a male cast member, parading across the stage. It was a powerful symbol that cruising is back—stronger, bolder, and more alive than ever! That moment wasn’t just a performance; it was a statement. And let’s not forget—this was a special time for cruising. Guests were required to have a negative COVID test within 24 hours, and everyone was just so happy to be back on the high seas, making memories again. It was a reminder that no matter how tough life gets, there’s always a reason to celebrate and keep moving forward. Shoutout to Joey, who was promoted from the Fun Squad to Cruise Director (taking over for the legendary Matt Mitcham)! Joey brought the energy, the laughs, and the vibes—making sure every guest felt like part of the Carnival family.
