YouTube Video Description

Join us as Jon and I go on an excursion that we booked through the Celebrity Equinox cruise ship. The excursion we went on was called, Aruba Island Sightseeing and Beach Adventure. We start out on a VERY nice, cool and comfortable chartered bus. On this excursion, our driver was our tour guide as well. There were speakers overhead at each seat so we could her him loud and clear the entire time. The guided tour on the bus took us all around the island of Aruba. The guide spoke in detail about the history of Aruba, its culture and many interesting facts and tidbits. We found the tour to be very interesting and informative. We found the guide to be very informative as well as funny! We stopped at several points of interests and at each stop we had about 15-20 to walk around and explore on our own. Each place we stopped there was some sort of retail setup that we could purchase souvenirs, food and drink. Each stop also had bathroom facilities (please note that the bathrooms cost $1 to use so be sure to bring a few singles with you just incase). We made 4 stops total including our last stop which as at EagleBeach. The beautiful beach was beautiful. At the beach there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent. The umbrellas were $25, the lounge chairs were $10 each and it you rented 2 chairs & 1 umbrella it was $40 ( a $5 savings). There was a small restaurant that served food and drinks. We ordered a Quesadilla, 2 sodas and 1 beer and the total was $30. The food was good and the drinks were cold. We stayed at the beach for about 1 hour and 20 minutes couple hours and headed back for a 10 minute drive to the ship. Overall it was a great excursion, we enjoyed it thoroughly and would recommend it for anyone wanting a little history tour with a couple hours at the beach. The beach was beautiful and the water was spectacular but without an umbrella the ONLY shaded spot was at the little restaurant. We pre-purchased this on the celebrity website, prior to the cruise and it saved us a good amount of money. Online it was $77.98 FOR BOTH OF US! It was a deal in my opinion. I do not know how much it was on the ship but I believe it was 30% more than online. IF YOU WANT TO SKIP THE TOUR PART AND GO DIRECTLY TO THE BEACH ON YOUR OWN, they do have taxis available at the port that can take you directly. I took a photo of the taxi rates and they are as follows effective on September 12, 2022- each rate is 1 way per taxi, not per person and is in Aruba and US currency: Arashi Beach $26.00 Baby Beach $47.00 Bushiri Beach $12.00 Eagle Beach $15.00(Oceania to Amsterdam Manor) this is the stretch of the beach they go to). High-Rise Hotels/Beaches $16.00 (Phoenix Hotel to Marriott) Low-Rise Hotels/Beaches $14.00 Dutch Village to La Quinta) San Nicolas $35 Surfside Nikky Beach $11 We hope you enjoy this video of our excursion in Aruba, if you did, please don't forget to hit that thumbs 👍🏻 to let us know that you liked it🥰 We invite you to SUBSCRIBE to our channel, if you haven't done so already, it 's free for you and it helps us a lot AND hit the bell 🔔to receive notice when we put up a new video.THANK YOU for watching and supporting us, we appreciate you so very much😊 👉🏻FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM FOR MORE VIDEOS @thetravelinggamblers 👉🏻FOLLOW US ON FACEBOOK FOR MORE VIDEOS @TheTravelingGamblers 👉🏻FOLLOW US ON TIKTOK FOR MORE VIDEOS @thetravelinggamblers 👇🏻 PLEASE 👇🏻 👍🏻LIKE THIS VIDEO👍🏻 SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL 🔔HIT THE NOTIFICATION BELL🔔, so you don't miss any new videos from us and SHARE our 🎥 videos. ❤️ THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT❤️ The Traveling Gamblers channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNsR1tqpXDStSWQ_sBBcB1g 📧 Email: thetravelinggamblers@gmail.com @thetravelinggamblers *This channel is for entertainment purposes only, it is NOT to advertise or promote gambling.
