Hello friends and welcome back to Mrs. Karnes and Me! This video offers a beautiful look at the Bermuda island, showcasing its iconic pink sand and turquoise waters. Join us for a visual journey of this stunning destination, complete with a scenic drive and a visit to a charming cafe. We share our best beaches experiences and some travel tips for your own Bermuda cruise adventure. Bermuda completely captured our hearts… even though we only had HALF the time we originally expected on the island! In this Bermuda cruise port adventure, we explored some of the island’s most beautiful and unexpected places including the famous pink sand beaches of Warwick Long Bay, the colorful charm of Flatts Village, the historic Royal Naval Dockyard, the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity, and even a sea turtle rehabilitation program at the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo. From turquoise water and hidden island scenery to local Bermuda food and unforgettable views, this ended up becoming one of our favorite cruise port days ever. We tried Bermuda’s famous fish sandwich on raisin bread, admired local artists painting along Flatt’s Inlet, spotted jellyfish underwater with our Insta360, and collected a little pink Bermuda sand to bring home for a special Christmas ornament memory. One of the biggest highlights of the day was visiting Warwick Long Bay — one of Bermuda’s most beautiful pink sand beaches. The soft pink color comes from crushed coral and tiny red-shelled marine organisms mixed into the sand over thousands of years. Seeing it in person honestly didn’t even look real! We also explored the iconic Clocktower Mall at the Royal Naval Dockyard before heading back to the ship and saying goodbye to this beautiful island paradise.
