Ji Ji Asian Kitchen is a specialty restaurant on several Carnival cruise ships including the Horizon, Panorama, Sunshine & Vista. See what the food & menu were looked & tasted like at Ji Ji, including appetizers, main entrees & desserts. On Carnival's newest Excel class ships, including the Mardi Gras, Ji Ji has been replaced with a specialty Asian Mexican fusion restaurant called Chibang, which actually has many of the same dishes. Food we tried included: * Tamarind & Shrimp Soup * Jiaozi Pot Stickers * Nanjing-Style Duck * Hakka-Style Noodles * Eggplant with Mushrooms, Soy & Oyster Sauce * Hot & Spicy Crisp Potato Fries * Singapore Chili Shrimp * Chairman Mao's Master Stock Pig * Bo Kho Slow-Braised Beef * Fried Wonton (Wrapped Lychee Fruit with Tapioca Pearls & Coconut Milk) * Caramelized Crepes with Calamansi, Citrus Ice Cream * Rose Crème Brûlée with Ginger Cream These were from our March 2022 7 night Western Caribbean cruise aboard the Carnival Vista.
