Carnival Horizon Pig and Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse Tour on Carnival Horizon. This is Carnival’s brand new bbq joint in partnership with Food Network TV star Guy Fieir. They serve a free bbq lunch on embarkation day and sea days, and every night the venue is open every night for dinner. For dinner there is an a la carte menu that serves everything from appetizers, bbq from the smoker, flatbreads, great side dishes like mac and cheese and smashed sweet potatoes, and the deserts aren’t too shabby. I couldn’t pick between the pecan pie, apple cobbler, or banana cream pie, so I ordered all three.
