Welcome to Day 1 on board the Carnival Mardi Gras as we set sail out of Port Canaveral, Florida for a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean with port stops in Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Mahogany Bay. Day 1's big events are the Embarkation and the Sail Away party. I also ate at the Steak House called Fahrenheit 555, did a tour of my room, and ended the evening with the Carnival Show Rock Revolution.
