Day 4 was our first port day where we called on Roatan / Mahogany Bay! We had visited Mahogany Bay 3 months ago, so we just walked around, relaxed and headed back on board for the Summer's Landing pool (Deck 8, Aft), some tacos at Blue Iguana Cantina, and then enjoyed an evening listening to music and having a fabulous dinner at Cucina Del Capitano! Finally found a meatball to rival my own! Also figured out a nice food hack since they don't have Chicken Marsala on the menu: Order Chicken Parmesan and a side of Marsala sauce from the Veal Marsala entre.. so so good! Capped the night with the backyard band (The wonderful Flamingos Bay Band) and more music in the Magnolia Bar! A very fun-filled first sea day aboard the beautiful Carnival Mardi Gras!!
