Join Andy & Andrea on our Carnival Mardi Gras cruise 2022 - Sailabration Cruise for Carnival's 50th birthday / anniversary! Day 7 was a sea day where we capped off our cruise with breakfast at Emeril's Bistro!! We tried shrimp & grits for the first time, and had to have the beignets again, so so good!! We had an amazing time on the water slides, miniature golf course and even bags / cornhole game! Lunch was had at Bonsai Sushi, one of our favorites!! One final night aboard for drinks at the Alchemy Bar, Fortune Teller Bar, and finally our last meal aboard at the main dining room, which was excellent! Baked Alaska night!! We disembarked the Mardi Gras and traveled back to St. Louis to be reunited with our minpin, Luke! This was a fabulous cruise!! We were apprehensive about sailing Mardi Gras twice in 3 months, but this might have been the better of the two cruises.. From meeting John Heald, to the Funship meetup at sea, to all the 50th merch, and special 50th entree's, this was a fabulous cruise! Be sure to check out the 15 minutes of bloopers for the entire series at the end! We capped off the night listening to the Backyard band, AKA Flamingos Bay Band, who were so excellent! Come Join Us!
