In exciting cruise news, the new Mardi Gras was delivered to Carnival Cruise Line from it's shipyard Meyer Turku in Finland. We explore the best features of Carnival's newest and largest cruise ship, including the fact that it's the first LNG powered cruise ship in North America! Carnival Mardi Gras is finally here! In major Carnival cruise news, the eagerly anticipated new Carnival Cruise Ship is scheduled to sail in April 202, after delays in 2020. The new cruise ship is 180,000 tons, the biggest cruise ship in the Carnival Fleet, and the 7th largest cruise ship in the world. The new Carnival Mardi Gras ship has the very first rollercoaster at sea, the Bolt, called a Seacoaster. In the photos shown in the video, we can see a gorgeous Grand Atrium and other stunning photos of the interior of this Carnival cruise ship. Other amazing new features of the Mardi Gras include new restaurant choices including Emeril's Bistro and Big Chicken, in addition to many Carnival favorites for specialty dining and casual dining. Bars include Red Frog and Brewhouse and are both bright and colorful, and have an incredible ambiance. This new Carnival cruise ship also has an incredible waterpark. The Mardi Gras Aquapark features several waterslides and splash park, and is the largest waterpark for Carnival Cruise Lines.
