During our late December 2022 cruise aboard the Celebrity Apex, we ate at Raw on 5, which is only available on the new Celebrity Edge-class ships, include the Edge, Apex, Beyond & Ascent which is coming later this year. See the menu plus our review of the $90 Imperial Seafood Tower aka "Seafood Plateaux". There was a whole cold water lobster tail, a lobster & crab salad, chilled shrimps, oysters, king crab legs and sea bass ceviche. On other Celebrity cruise ships, the equivalent restaurant is called Sushi on 5, but it doesn't have as much raw seafood selection.
