Costa Maya Port Day on Harmony of the Seas | Why I Stayed Onboard + Spa, Boardwalk & Ship Fun

Welcome back aboard Harmony of the Seas! In this vlog, I’m taking you through a very real Costa Maya port day on Royal Caribbean — and this time, I didn’t get off the ship. Instead, I spent the day getting ship views, checking out who was in port with us, hanging out onboard, getting some work done, spending time in the Thermal Suite, walking through the Boardwalk, and just enjoying a slower port day on Harmony of the Seas. We started the day with views of Celebrity Constellation, Norwegian Viva, Carnival Miracle, and Harmony of the Seas in Costa Maya, plus a look at where Perfect Day Mexico will eventually be. I also show what the ship looked like on a port morning, talk a little about why I wasn’t interested in getting off in Costa Maya, and share some random cruise life moments along the way. This ended up being one of those low-key cruise days that’s honestly super relatable. I was tired, the heat was draining me, I had work to do, and I finally decided to stop forcing it and just enjoy the ship. That led to some time in the spa thermal suite, a walk around the Boardwalk, a look at Carnival Miracle docked next to us, and even a reminder that sometimes the best move on a port day is simply to stay onboard and relax. Later in the day, I ended up hanging out in the Windjammer, meeting more cruise friends, checking out my mystery towel animal, and figuring out dinner and evening plans as the day wound down. So this vlog is really a good look at what cruise life is like on a non-excursion port day when you’re just going with the flow.
