What a day at the Costa Maya cruise port! 🚢 From watching the incredible Mayan performers to relaxing by the pool and exploring the shops, we had the best time exploring this Mexican gem. We even managed to make it back to our Royal Caribbean ship on time! 😉 📍 Costa Maya Pro-Tips for Your Next Cruise • Free Pool Access: If you do stay in the port, there is a massive saltwater pool that is free to use! You just need to buy a drink or a snack from one of the surrounding bars to snag a lounger. • Hidden Flamingos: Look for the flamingo enclosure toward the back of the port area. It’s a quiet, tropical little gem that's perfect for a quick family photo. • The "No-Go" Credit Card: Try to use cash (USD or Pesos) at the local beach clubs. It’s safer and often helps you avoid "extra" fees that can sometimes show up on card statements later. • Watch the Voladores: Those dancers in your video (The Voladores de Papantla) perform for free in the port center!
