The Cunard Cruise Ship "Queen Elizabeth" arrived back into Southampton early morning on the 14th Nov 2018 from a 13 day cruise to the Canary Islands (Q830) before departing again later from the Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Terminal at just before 12:30pm for Brest in France where she is due to undergo a two week refit. This refit will include cabin upgrades, a redesigned Royal Arcade, new outdoor spaces and a refurbished spa and beauty salon. The aim of the refurb is to bring Queen Elizabeth up to the standards of fleetmates Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria. Those ships enjoyed significant refurbishments in 2016 and 2017, respectively. After she has had her refit done she is due to arrive back into Southampton from Brest on the 30th Nov.
