About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

I’ve now realised that a transatlantic cruise is NOT the same as a regular cruise. This video of my 1st ever voyage crossing the Atlantic shows how they differ. It covers day 3-6 of my sailing on Holland America Line’s MS Rotterdam, which is nearly half the cruise. I look at activities on offer (think classic cruise games, exercise classes, hot tubs etc) as well as some of the exceptional food offerings on board and a Happy Hour with a difference - because Holland America is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year the daily happy hour is serving cocktails which would have been served 150 years ago at the prices that would have been charged back then - think 25 cents/50 cents etc. Next stop is New York. Be aware that this is the third in a 4-part series of videos which showcase my journey - the final video will look at the ship’s arrival in New York…
