We went on a Disney Cruise!!!!!! I hope you enjoy this series of Disney Cruise Line vlogs!!! We explore Europe by ship!! Disney Magic 8 Night Mediterranean with Greek Isles Cruise June 2022 European Cruise The Disney Med cruise itinerary was: Day 1 - Civitavecchia, Rome, Italy Day 2 - Messina Sicily (Taormina) Day 3 - At Sea Day 4 - Mykonos, Greece Day 5 - Santorini, Greece Day 6 - Athens, Greece (Piraeus) Day 7 - At Sea Day 8 - Naples (Pompeii), Italy Then Day 9 we debarked and explored Rome and Vatican City It's Day 6 on our 8 night Disney med cruise! It's our day in Athens! Plus Animator's Palate and Tangled the Musical I start off the vlog showing you the ship in dock at Piraeus and I quickly show you the breakfast at Cabanas! We head off the ship and I show you how to get to Athens city centre from the port. Best way to get to Athens from the cruise terminal. There is a bus right outside the cruise terminal and I show you how much tickets are, which bus to get and where to go. The bus stops you right outside hadrian's gate/hadrian's arch and the temple of Zeus. Then we walk straight into Athens. We head towards the acropolis but we decide not to go up. We go to the Acropolis museum instead and enjoy looking around there. It was very busy though! We then head to a lovely cafe with an acropolis view. We go to the city centre and through the agora and roman forum. We find the Athens Starbucks and pick up a couple of the you are here mugs. We go to Monesteraki, the main square. Simon picks up a spanakopita and then we head back to the ship! We get a bit of lunch at Daisy de-lites and refresh. We meet a couple of characters, Donald and a Greek outfit Mickey! Then we head to O'Gill's for a Pixar quiz/trivia. We did not do well! Let me know if you know any of the answers! We wait for dinner at Promenade where there's a live singer and then it's time for dining at Animator's Palate! Animator's is just my favourite restaurant! We all draw our characters and watch them come to life. I show you the menu for dinner and show you all 3/4 courses we all order. Our servers do a couple of magic tricks for us, we have such a great night! We go back to our stateroom and we have a manatee towel animal! We head for a walk around deck 4 and stop off to look at the beautiful sunset. Then it's time for Tangled the musical and it was absolutely amazing! Broadway style, just impeccable. Then it was time for our favourite Fathoms music trivia! It was 90s trivia this time! Then there was another quiz show. We head back to the stateroom ready for our next day at sea!
