Welcome to Day 11 on the beautiful Celebrity Apex! 🚢 We can't believe our incredible cruise vacation is almost coming to an end, but today was absolutely unforgettable as we docked in beautiful La Coruña, Spain! 🇪🇸✨ We spent a wonderful day exploring this gorgeous coastal city right near the cruise port. We stumbled upon some lovely local spots, enjoyed some delicious drinks, and even got treated to some free cake and crisps (chips)! 🍰🥔 One of our absolute favourite highlights was visiting the stunning Xardín de San Carlos (Garden of San Carlos) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩. This park is a total must-see! It is so massive that we actually ended up visiting it twice because we didn't realise how big it was and discovered the entire second half later on our walk! We also browsed a gorgeous local market filled with unique, handmade treasures from small local businesses. While it was a bit pricey, it is well worth a visit to support small shops and pick up a perfect gift for a loved one. 🎁🛍️ Back on board the ship, we took full advantage of some much-needed relaxation: * ☀️ Chilling out in the gorgeous, adults-only Solarium area * 🥗 Enjoying a fresh, healthy lunch and smoothies at the Spa Café and Juice Bar * 💦 Taking a peaceful dip in the pool and unwinding in the whirlpool deck chairs As evening arrived, we got dressed up for one of our very last dinners on board at Normandie, one of Celebrity Apex’s incredible inclusive main restaurants. We are so incredibly sad to be leaving this beautiful ship soon! To cap off a perfect day, we headed over to the spectacular Eden Bar. I couldn't decide what cocktail to order, so the amazing bartenders surprised me with what I think was a delicious strawberry martini—and I was blown away by the custom picture they printed right on top of the foam! 🍸✨ We ended our night tapping our toes to some incredible live music in the theatre. 🎶 Tomorrow is our very last day, and we are so sad to say goodbye.
