Good food, poor service on the NCL Viva cruise ship. We cruise from Istanbul to Athens in "the Haven" on the NCL Viva and it was not all that we thought it would be for the $10,000 price tag. Simple requests became very complicated, the service staff seemed confused, and orders were brought to the wrong tables, or missing items.
