UNWANTED, GROSS and UNEXPECTED SURPRISE waiting for us IN OUR ROOM on Celebrity REFLECTION π Wonderful but windy weather was waiting for us as we woke up for our first Sea Day on Celebrity Reflection. Unfortunately something disgusting was waiting for us back in our room. This had happened to us before and we hoped it was not becoming a trend in the cruise industry. I really try not to be negative but some things are just down right unacceptable! Overall, the ship is beautiful. Itβs like a work of art οΏΌ and its public spaces are beautiful and clean. I just wish our room would have been that way when we first arrived. Otherwise we had a lovely relaxing sea day spoiled with warm sunny weather and afternoon tea! Join us on the Celebrity REFLECTION for an 8 Day Eastern Caribbean itinerary visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico, St.Thomas U.S.V.I., Tortola B.V.I., St. Maarten and Puerto Plata D.R. We are staying in an Veranda stateroom with an ocean view. Joining this time are family and friends as we look forward to some good times ahead! Celebrity Reflection is the fifth, final, and largest Solstice-class cruise ship, her sister ships being Celebrity Equinox, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Silhouette. Solstice, Equinox, Eclipse and Silhouette entered service in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 respectively. Reflection was launched in 2012. Since October 2012, it has been owned and operated by Celebrity Cruises. It has one more deck than other Solstice-class cruise ships. The ship can accommodate 3,046 passengers, second only to the Celebrity Beyond (at 3,260) in the Celebrity fleet. Celebrity Reflection last dry dock was in October 2022.
