Welcome Traveler Family to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground for their Food Truck Roundup. The Food Truck Roundup happens every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Crockett's Tavern is also open for light bites and libations! While we were there we also dropped into The Settlement Trading Post to see the Fort Wilderness Merchandise and to check on camping type items offered. We had a great time sampling some of the food truck items and would say this is another option for a non-park day. The horse stable, Tri-Circle-D Ranch, is close by and open most days for walkarounds. The more we visit Fort Wilderness the more we enjoy all the amenities that this Disney resort offers.
