Ahoy Cruise Nerds! Welcome aboard the beautiful Disney Magic!! Today we embark in the Port of New Orleans. After experiencing, it gives me a clearer picture of the feedback that I’ve been hearing about the Port itself. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. The representatives had a lack there of the customer service that is well known with DCL. Once inside the terminal, I believe we didn’t have to wait 30 minutes to board the ship.Once we boarded the ship we went to lumiere’s which is where concierge guests have lunch. Also David one of the concierge Host(s) came over and explained what is included with a 1 bedroom concierge; Also did a stateroom tour (which is already up) We did muster drill at 3:45 and we were in assembly station I which deck 4 midship, starboard side. The show on the first night show was tangled the musical in which was amazing as always; we turned in early just because the 24 hours in coming up to embarkation day was very busy.
