I'm not a big fan of it. It's really beautiful. Do not get me wrong. It's a very, very elegant space, old world cruel feel, but again, not for me.

Those pesky elevators. Now, here's the issue. Remember what I said about the Syndrome? How it's so noisy and it'll drown out what you're doing?

The staff and the crew has been amazing. Very friendly, festive. I haven't run into anyone that was mean.
