Hey everyone! Welcome to our first port of call on our incredible 14-day westbound Panama Canal transit cruise! In this video, we explore the beautiful and tropical port of Cartagena, Colombia. Known for its intense heat, this paradise offers so much to do, but we decided to stay local and enjoy the Oasis Zoo right in the port area. The Oasis Zoo truly lives up to its name, featuring countless species of birds, monkeys, and more – all included as part of the port experience! We had a blast meeting fun parrots and macaws, one of which even walked around on my shoulder. There's also a great food shack offering small plates, drinks, and alcohol, perfect for a refreshing break. While we had plans to do the hop-on-hop-off bus tour, the intense sun made us change our minds. Instead, we wrapped up our visit and headed back to the Celebrity Summit for some much-needed cool air.
