🏔️ Join us for Day 3 of our Grand Princess Alaska Cruise aboard Princess Cruises, sailing round trip from Vancouver, BC! Today we arrive in Juneau, Alaska and explore one of the most iconic natural wonders in the region - Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls. Our day begins with a relaxing breakfast in the Botticelli Dining Room before heading up to the deck to watch for whales as we sail through the calm waters of the Inside Passage. In the early afternoon, we arrive in Juneau and take the local city bus to Mendenhall Glacier. We hike the scenic trail out to Nugget Falls with incredible views of the glacier and surrounding landscape. After exploring Mendenhall, we return to downtown Juneau where we visit the whale statue at the Juneau Whale Project and enjoy the waterfront views. We also do a little shopping before heading back to the ship for dinner in the Da Vinci Dining Room and a unique juggling performance in the Princess Theater. It was an amazing day in Juneau, filled with nature, adventure and Alaska beauty.
