Universal studios hard rock hotel have a restaurant called The Kitchen, so we ate there. Delicious food, service was prompt, and the servers were lovely, we were seated really quickly and plenty of choices as to where to seat, we ate about 7ish I think and as you can see spare tables, mid week in April. We then took the water Taxi back to city walk, great way to travel back to all the shops,more restaurants and parking.
