Luxury cruise line Seabourn's newest ship, Seabourn Ovation, will set sail for its first cruise in early May 2018. The 600-passenger ship will have many of the same features as its twin sister, Seabourn Encore, including all-suite accommodations, a variety of dining options such as The Grill by Thomas Keller and Sushi, and Zodiacs for up-close exploring of hard to reach areas.
