About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

We spent our port day exploring the city entirely on foot—and what a beautiful, historic walk it was! Perfect for cruise passengers who are wondering what to do in Hobart without a tour! We started from the Macquarie Wharf Cruise Terminal, we made our way through Hobart’s rich colonial past and modern charm. Our route took us by iconic landmarks like Parliament House, Mawson Place, and Hobart Town Hall, before strolling along Elizabeth Street and Collins Street. We explored the vibrant Salamanca Market and historic Salamanca Place, climbed the famous Kelly Steps, and wandered through the scenic Battery Point neighborhood. We followed much of the Battery Point Sculpture Trail, starting at Marker 313 and continuing through A.J. White Park, all the way back to the Brooke Street Pier. Along the way, we discovered beautiful parks, historic homes like the Barley Mow, and relaxing waterfront views at Franklin Wharf and Wellington Bridge. No excursions, no taxis—just a full day of local charm, rich history, and Tasmanian culture, all within walking distance of the port. 💡 Perfect for cruise passengers wondering what to do in Hobart without a tour! #HobartTasmania #CruisePortWalk #BatteryPoint #SalamancaMarket #CruiseVlog #AustraliaCruise #TasmaniaTravel #WalkingTour #PortDayVlog #HubbardsJourney Thank you for coming along on our journey!
