Nidia shows you how to make and easy and delicious baked salmon dish. Ingredients 2-3 4 to 6 ounce portions of salmon blackening or old bay spice seasoning blend for dusting the salmon sliced lemons (optional) for baking the fish Marinade/Glaze Recipe 2T Melted Butter 2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2T Soy 2T Honey 2T Hot Honey or 2 T Brown Sugar (your choice) 2 T Dijon Crushed Red Pepper Flake (optional) Directions 1. Marinate salmon for at least one hour with marinade in refrigerator (save remaining marinade to use as glaze for the salmon while it bakes) 2. Remove salmon from the refrigerator about 15 mins before baking 3. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees 4. Move salmon to foil or parchment lined pan 5. Brush tops with marinade 6. Place in oven at 435 degrees for 10-12 mins 7. Remove, brush on more marinade glaze to tops and place back in oven for about 3 mins 8.
