Red Sauce: 1 Can (medium size) of tomato paste, + small can if you want extra sauce 3 Cans water for each can of tomato paste 3-4 cloves of garlic Olive Oil (not virgin, but regular) ΒΌ cup red wine / Merlot, Cabernet Garlic Salt / Pepper / Oregano / Basil / Sprinkle Crushed Red Pepper / Sugar Italian Homemade Meatballs: 1 Β½ pounds ground round (80% lean) 1 Egg Few dashes of Worcester sauce and/or soy sauce 1 Tsp Garlic salt PER POUND of meat, maybe a bit more 3/4 - 1 Tsp Pepper PER POUND of meat 1 Onion – diced 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Italian Bread Crumbs – ΒΌ to Β½ cup - enough to cover all meat Parmesan Cheese – ΒΌ to Β½ cup. 2-3 Tbsp Parsley (can be dried in spice bottle)
