Well it is another cruise!!!!! In this case, it is aboard the Independence of the Seas and although we did port in Nassau, Bahamas, ultimately we decided to stay on the ship since the port is still torn apart with construction on the new exciting amenities that will be the ne focal point in port! Day 1 was filled with me lamenting the changes of the boarding process in Port Canaveral, meeting up with Sarah, our favorite bar tender from the Grander of the Seas 9 day we took for New Years, we look at the sail away from Port Canaveral, have Izumi hibachi (spoiler we get the chef to use 18 eggs in the rice!!!), catch a little of the Welcome Aboard Show and end watching the ice skating show Freeze Frame!!!
