It's Labor Day and you know what that means, it's the final day of the Minnesota State Fair. Our day started as usual, Bill had to work for a little bit, but then it was time to play. Our mission was to experience the things we had yet to try during this fair. We were joined again by Bill's dad, and our first stop was at the Midway Men's club to have one of their cheeseburgers. We had seen other videos where people liked to purchase the Big Fat Bacon down the street and put on their cheeseburgers, so we tried that. One last visit to the Pet Pavilion was next on our list, Kari once again made friends with all the dogs, and we caught a small snippet of the training show. Bill's dad wanted some more fried pickles, so we stopped and picked up the gourmet pickles on this run. It was then time for one of Kari's favorite experiences, riding the Sky Glider. Kari likes to wait until the last day, as people like to drop stuff on the roof of the Little Farm Hands building and you never know what's going to be up there. From there, we wandered back into the Grandstand and then had the Cheesy French Onion Monkey Bread at the Blue Moon Dine-In Theater before checking out the final products on the butterheads and getting a blueberry lemonade slushy at the Ball Park Cafe. It was then time to wrap up our final visit to the State Fair in 2025. Kari managed 5 trips this year and with his work, Bill was there for 9 days. We came, we saw, we ate.
