Date Filmed: June 18, 2021 Hello Happy Travelers! We are back to CRUISING!!! We are sailing on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas on a 7 night Caribbean sailing that will depart from Nassau Bahamas and visit Perfect Day at CocoCay (Royal Caribbean’s Private Island), Cozumel Mexico, and Freeport Grand Bahama Island! This is the first Royal Caribbean North America sailing since the pandemic closures for COVID-19! Today is our last day, and we are spending it at our final destination, Freeport in Grand Bahama Island! We spent some time exploring this small port and viewing the festivities orchestrated in celebration of Adventure of the Seas being the first cruise ship to arrive since the pandemic! Once back onboard, we took our required (but complimentary) COVID-19 rapid test in order to re-enter the U.S. The process was extremely easy, quick, and painless. We were emailed our results (along with the ability to view the results on the app) as well as pick up a hard copy from guest services. We had a lot of fun onboard with ice skating in Studio B, trivia in the Imperial Lounge, and redeeming our arcade credits for fun prizes! And one of the highlights of the day was meeting up with many of the cruise vloggers onboard to take photos together of this commemorative cruise!
