number one you want to make sure you work with a good travel agent yes on cruises travel agents are a thing and they're extremely helpful

number two you want to book your cruise as early as you can for the best price possible the earlier you book generally speaking the best price you're going to find on that

number three when you kind of zero in on the ship you think you're gonna go on or the sailing going to go on research the ship and the itinerary as much as you can

if you're a first time cruiser devon i would say maybe go for a longer selling but if you've been there done that yeah go for it
