Today we visit a new port for us - Progresso Mexico. The first thing we filmed was the port area (mostly shops) then we hired a driver for a couple hours and drove into town. Once you get to the end of the long bridge we turned right to the residential side and visited a family beach where locals gather at night and weekends. We saw the food trucks arriving for the night's festivities. Had we turned left, we would have gone to the tourist area and beach where the big hotels are located. We drove through the town before returning to the port and calling an early night.
