The very large Maersk Line Container Ship the Merete Maersk arrived in Southampton Docks earlier today 2/9/17 from Rotterdam in the Netherlands for a 09:00am - 09:30am arrival and departed later in the early evening at 19:04pm for Singapore which was a very quick turnaround for a container ship of her size at 399m long. She was assisted by two Svitzer tugs the Alma & Ferriby plus the fawley based tug Lomax.
